Body And Soul

Boldy and Soul

Director: Matthieu Bron

Documentary short / 57 minutes

Victoria, Mariana and Vasco are three young Mozambicans with physical disabilities, living in the suburbs of Maputo, the country’s capital. About the director

Born in 1976, Matthieu Bron studied cinema in his native France and sociology and psychology in South Africa. A resident of Mozambique since 1998, he spent three years in the suburbs of its capital, Maputo, making the documentary Body and Soul.

This film is presented in association with the Zanzibar International Film Festival and supported by the Commonwealth Foundation.
