AS A BOY growing up in Trinidad, Richard Fung loved dhalpuri roti. In this epic culinary quest he sets out to discover where this spicy flatbread was born. His journey takes him from the central plains of Trinidad to the Bhojpur region of India, and finally to the snowy streets of Toronto, Canada, where he now lives. Eye-opening and richly enjoyable, this film is a fitting tribute to a majestic culinary invention that has travelled the world.
